Thank you for the successful delivery of my item. I am very pleased as the item is in perfect condition and wrapped exceptionally well, as the postman was careless and dropped the parcel into my door, instead of safely placing it in my letter box outside. Thankfully, because the item was secured and bubble wrapped so well, the fall it took didn't shatter any of the colours or the mirror inside. Excellent seller, I am very satisfied 😌 p.s . Of the 5 palettes I bought, only one survived transit. I guess Evri don’t care if they break peoples items. Part of the appeal of these palettes is the outer case, so I’m upset that only one is unbroken. This previously beautiful palette had the front of the case broken so I can’t shut it. I’ll try to tape it but I don’t expect miracles. The eyeshadows are thankfully in tact, and are lovely. Seller did try to pack well, despite the mess that arrived. Postage cost is not justified. Evri flopped.
